Fusion Center Locations and Contact Information

State and major urban area fusion centers (fusion centers) are owned and operated by state and local entities, and are designated by the governor of their state.

In accordance with the Federal Resource Allocation Criteria (RAC) policy (PDF, 144 KB, 4 pages), which defines objective criteria and a coordinated approach for prioritizing federal resource allocation to fusion centers, the federal government recognizes these designations and has a shared responsibility with state and local governments to support the national network of fusion centers.

There are two types of fusion centers:

Primary Fusion Centers: A primary fusion center typically provides information sharing and analysis for an entire state. These centers are the highest priority for the allocation of available federal resources, including the deployment of personnel and connectivity with federal data systems.
Recognized Fusion Centers: A recognized fusion center typically provides information sharing and analysis for a major urban area. As the Federal Government respects the authority of state governments to designate fusion centers, any designated fusion center not designated as a primary fusion center is referred to as a recognized fusion center.

3) Talk to your City Council - ask for 3 minutes to speak during a council meeting. Most City Council's allow anyone to talk for 3 minutes. Tell them you have list of 68 MD's and University Professors & the sworn affidavits.

4) Find your nearest FBI building. The FBI is particularly vulnerable because, about half of the agents will not commit crimes for the Deep State. Some of them are afraid to come forward. Let's encourage them with yard signs:

Take pictures of the people and license plate numbers driving into the parking lot in the morning. Post them online stating that these people work at the Fusion Center.

Try to find out who works for the DHS and FBI at the Fusion Center. These are the people directing the gangstalking.
Call the Fusion Center and ask to speak to the DHS or FBI. Ask them if they are directing the gangstalking operations. (Their reaction will be priceless...)

6) Hand out flyers to Urgent Care and Medical Facilities. You don't have to go inside and talk to anyone.
Tape the flyer to the door or give it to the front desk. Also, most Hospitals have an area where the Doctors park their cars. Great place to put some flyers.

7) FOIA requests. Send Freedom of Information Requests to the FBI, USAF, Police Dept, Sheriff's Office, etc. Ask for all the records on specific subjects. There are many sample letters on the internet that you can use.

8) Put up signs for Police Dept, Sheriff's Dept, Firemen.

14) Form a local TI support group at Meetup.com

15) Leave flyers at Pyschiatric Hospitals and facilities. Tape it to the door or hand it to the front desk. You don't have to talk to anyone. Any Medical Doctor that refuses to consider the medical opinions of 12 Medical Doctors, can be sued for Gross Negligence and Medical Malpractice. (See our list of Medical Doctors and Scientists.)

Try to find out who provides the medical malpractice insurance for the Doctor or Hospital, and contact them. Tell them the Doctor is committing Gross Negligence by refusing to consider the opinion of 12 medical doctors. The largest medical malpractice companies are: Medical Protective, The Doctor's Company, Medical Assurance, ProNational, HCI, Lexington, ISMIE, MAG Mutual, ProMutual, FPIC, NorCal, State Volunteer, Continental, AP Capital, & Evanston.

If this is done correctly, you will get the insurance company to greatly raise the Doctor's insurance rates, or drop his policy.

18) If you have to go to the Emergency Room for medical treatment - that's not a good time to convince doctors and nurses about the targeting. Instead, get their names and contact them later with information.

19) Go door-to-door and tape flyers to the front door. (Its also a great way to exercise every day.)

20) Take calcium supplements. The microwaves cause a depletion in your body.

21) Say the words out loud, "Targeted Justice dot com", whenever you enter your house or car. The gangstalkers have listening devices, but they are not allowed to know what is really going on. The gangstalkers have been told you are a bad person, or a threat to the country, and that your name appears on the Terror Watchlist. This is one of the justifications that is given to gangstalkers.

If they hear your statements or read your signs - they will know this is a lie. Another phrase is, "Re-Think 9-11 dot org."


DONT's

1) Don't submit to a psychological or psychiatric exam. You are not required to answer their questions.
2) Do not argue with people that disagree. Agree to disagree.
3) Do not threaten anyone.
4) Do not commit an act of violence against someone or harm yourself in any way. That's what the CIA criminals want.
5) If you think a microwave signal is coming from your neighbor's house - 99% of the time, it is actually coming from a cell tower that is 1 to 3 miles away. The signal can go through many houses. Don't fall for this set up.
6) Do not travel to Florida, if possible. They have the Baker Act, and will use it against you arbitrarily.

Hello Dr Horton.. I am a big fan of yours..I also believe "most" of the matters that Mr Lighthouse exposed,..however, I am a bit skeptical in some other matters which I have come to understand based on observation and which were recently confirmed and validated by two friendly New York City Gang Stalkers. These revealed matters seem to clash with some of the claims that Mr Lighthouse has made regarding the presumed innocence of some people who seem to behave in perp like manner. A simple technology explains this and it is not the one that Mr Lighthouse mentions and exonerates real perps with.

There are active perps on active duty and there are perps on call either at all times or at times of their own choices. The "on call" perps, otherwise known as "being on the bug" in their language, is the norm rather than the exception. My two recent videos are self explanatory and their links are below:

Is Mr Lighthouse not aware of the matters that I have exposed and which were also witnessed by other TIs as well or is Mr Lighthouse engaging in some type of "Limited Hangout" practice whereby lies are being told as truths within a mixture of truths in order to be accepted as truths..? We see a lot of that being practiced so naturally we have to wonder,..especially since, under the circumstances presented and exposed here, this type of practice can be supported somewhat. I also note that Mr Lighthouse's repetitive references to the well known shill and charlatan Dr Greer are disturbing.

I would like a response by both of you, if that possible but , most importantly, by Mr Lighthouse himself. On 20 June, the European Parliament will vote on the Copyright Directive. Members of the parliament are the only ones that can stand in the way of bad copyright legislation. Tell them you need them to protect your Internet against surveillance and censorship machines!

The European Commission and the Council want to destroy the Internet as we know it and allow big companies to control what we see and do online. Should Article 13 of the Copyright Directive proposal be adopted, it will impose widespread censorship of all the content you share online. The European Parliament is the only one that can step in and Save your Internet.
